Check-in is from 3pm for all hostel rooms, and from 4pm for the Apartment Suite. Check-out is by 11am. Late check-out may be possible on request — ask at reception the evening before.

We allow small, well-behaved pets in private rooms. Pets are not permitted in shared dorm rooms. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

We generally allow stays up to two consecutive weeks. If you need longer, please reach out — we love long-term guests and will do our best to accommodate you.

All rooms include free breakfast, high-speed WiFi, fresh linens, air conditioning, and USB charging. Towels are included in private rooms and the apartment suite — not in dorms. Private rooms also include toiletries.

The easiest option is the Aeroporto metro line direct to Baixa-Chiado (about 30 min). Taxis and rideshares are also readily available. We're happy to advise on the best route for you.
